Over time, websites tend to become outdated and stale looking. Because of this, we tend to design a new site for the State PBL organization each year. This year however I really felt like we had a great website that was easy to use and that had all of the functionality that we really needed.

Even though the site was easy and functional, I wasn't in love with the design. Because of this, I decided that this year I would just do a "Visual Refresh." For the most part the website went unchanged on the backside but it has a fresh new graphical interface. I feel that it now looks more modern and I hope that you like the new look.

Along with the refresh I also decided to test the site and noticed that the contact form wasn't working. If anyone tried to use it in the past little while (I hope it was a little while) you probably saw some pretty funky stuff. It was probably due to something not transferring right when we did our server transfer. Whatever the cause, it is now fixed and you can now e-mail people.
